| Subdivision
Roads These types of roadways can be
built in different ways to suit the landscape or the contour of the land. The pictures on
this page illustrate some of the methods used.
We have extensive experience
building subdivision roadways for several different developers that will fit into a piece
of land & still provide a good layout to divide up the lots.
Our roads are constructed in a
variety of ways, some roads have all the grubbing material buried, some have push-offs,
some roads must be built over the existing organic layer, our roads are compacted in
different layers to provide a solid base.
Depending on the situation sediment control
may have to be placed in the ditches, this will help prevent siltation from entering a
water coarse.
When the finish top is required
we can provide all types of material from pitrun gravel to ClassA gravel depending on your
requirements. All of our roads are built up to municipal standards & this may vary
depending on the county you developing in.
